Stewardship God has called each and everyone of us to be good stewards of all he has created, by faithfully caring for ourselves as well as the entire family of mankind. Our mission is to make Christ's presence known to all in and through his Church; the Church which we nurture, grow and stustain by sharing our gifts of time, talent and support. It is our wish and prayer that all answer his call, that our caring and concern be evident to those to whom we minister in the name of the Lord, Jesus Christ. Spirituality
Almighty Father, we thank you for all the gifts You have given to us: our lives; our loved ones; all that we have and all that we are. Most of all, we thank You for Jesus, Your Son and our Redeemer, who came among us to show us the way to eternal life. Jesus was the perfect Steward of Your gifts, showing us that complete trust in You is necessary, and that giving of self is a most important part of following Him. May the offerings of our time, our talents, and our material resources be made in the same spirit of sacrifice that Jesus taught us by His life and death for us. AMEN
As we plan the things in our lives that are most important to us: Help us put our faith into action. Help us share our time to serve those in need. Help us become less preoccupied with material possessions. Help us share the talents we have been blessed with. Help us share our treasure to do Your work. Help us serve our church, our community, and our world. Fill our minds with Your truth and our hearts with Your love, so that we may bond together as a community of faith, a parish family, a caring people. We do this, O Lord, as a sign of our love and in thanksgiving for the many blessings we have received, through Christ Our Lord, AMEN
